Biomechanical, Biosignal and Modeling cluster focuses on improving sports performance through mathematical modeling, signal processing, computer simulation and measurement. Human movement performance also can be enhanced in many ways as effective movement encompasses anatomical factors, neuromuscular skills, physiological capacities and psychological/cognitive abilities. So, in this cluster we also measure human movements through our special equipment such as motion capture captures. Moreover, wireless signal of EMG, EEG and ECG can be recorded and analysed to study the physiological and psychological aspect. In addition, by using mathematical modelling, prediction and identification of optimal technique for enhancing sports performance can also be done. Thus, by combining these three elements it will help athletes/coaches to improve the performance and somehow can reduce the risk of injury during training and event.
